Sarah Moore

Occupational Therapist

Sarah has always had a passion for horses and working with people with disabilities. Sarah has been around horses since age 5 and first saw OTs using horses as a treatment tool while volunteering at the Therapeutic and Recreational Riding Center in Glenwood, Maryland when she was in middle school. Since then, Sarah has been drawn to occupational therapy because it gives her the opportunity to look at each client as a whole person, and be able to treat every aspect of that person.

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Development at the University of California, Davis. She then graduated with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. While in OT school, she volunteered at UpReach, a therapeutic riding facility in New Hampshire. She currently works at Jabbergym in Sacramento as a pediatric OT, in addition to working at Highest Potential Therapy. In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
